The Group is based and registered in the United Kingdom, with subsidiary companies also registered in the European Union (Ireland) and Australia.

The Halewood Group comprises three sectors: Halewood Pharma, Halewood Chemicals and Halewood Health:

  • Halewood Pharma is an MA holder and wholesaler of finished products worldwide.
  • Halewood Chemicals wholesales a large range of pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products from our network of UK manufacturers.
  • Halewood Health has its own range of OTC healthcare products marketed in UK, EU and USA

The Halewood Chemicals Group was formed by Dr GJ Pritchard in 1947. Over the last 75 years the group has provided healthcare products to healthcare professionals all over the world – from small projects to national tenders.
